Room-specific base setpoint temperature setting are determined together with the tenant, which are kept in the apartment during the presence. This prevents overcooling/overheating of the apartment. At the same time, the heating requirements of the apartments can be predicted more realistically, which leads to a smoothing of the flow temperatures in the heating circuits. Overall, a primary energy saving of approx. 20% could be demonstrated by using a single-room temperature control.", booktitle = "Tagungsband - Messe und Kongress f{\"u}r Facility Management und Industrieservice", isbn = "978-3-95735-054-1", pages = "445 - 452", publisher = "Verlag Wissenschaftliche Scripten", title = "{T}emperatur-{E}inzelraumregelung im {M}ietwohnungsbau", year = "2017", }
